Refund Policy

At EHD Studio, all services are custom and tailored to each client’s specific project. Because of the creative and time-based nature of our work, we maintain the following refund policy.
1. Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable.

Deposits secure your project in our schedule and cover initial planning, concept development, and reserved production time.
2. Project Cancellations

If a project is canceled by the client after work has begun, no refunds will be issued for work already completed or in progress.

If cancellation occurs before any work has begun, a refund may be issued excluding the deposit, at our discretion.
3. Completed Work

Once final deliverables have been provided, no refunds will be issued.

Approval of drafts, previews, or milestones constitutes acceptance of the work up to that stage.
4. Revisions vs. Refunds

Refunds are not provided in place of revisions.

Revision requests must fall within the scope outlined in your project agreement.

Additional revisions or changes outside the agreed scope may incur extra fees.
5. Delays Caused by Client

Delays caused by missing materials, late feedback, or changes in project direction do not qualify for refunds.

Extended inactivity may result in project closure without refund.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered only in rare circumstances, such as:

EHD Studio’s inability to complete the project as agreed

Duplicate payments or billing errors
Any approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method and processed within a reasonable timeframe.
7. Chargebacks
Clients agree to contact EHD Studio directly to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate termination of services and revocation of usage rights for delivered work.
